{La Bella Donna Dolmon} by Love Notions

It has been way too long since I have done a review on a pattern....ahhhhh....I really need to catch up I think. Well, today I will go ahead and start with the newest pattern, which actually released today! La Bella Donna Dolmon from Love Notions. This pattern is going to be absolutely PERFECT for fall and on into Winter...heck, all year round.

One of my favorite features that it includes is the cowl...OMG the cowl! I don't know what it is about a cowl, but I love it and it just SCREAMS Fall to me. What about you? Also included in the pattern is a hooded option or facing for the neckline. Two different lengths including tunic, which will be great for skinnies or leggings with some boots. I am dying to get into my boots...especially since it is still about 100 degrees here in Texas...booooo. The last set of options include short sleeve, 3/4, or long. I am loving the cuffs on the 3/4 and long sleeves. They are so comfortable and nice added detail to the pattern.

I know that I always say this, but the options that Tami includes in her patterns are just exceptional. You really get a ton of BANG for your buck! With 2 lengths, 3 finishing options for the neckline and 3 sleeve lengths, and sizes XS to XXXL there really are so many possibilities for this pattern. I have an idea for winter with this pattern, and I will be sure to share when I make it!

Oh...did I mention that La Bella Donna ALSO comes in Girls sizes? Yes, you heard that correctly! Girls sizes 2T-16 is also available.

  2. I love the cowl on you! All of the tops are really flattering, but that one is my favorite. All of those options...it's always nice to be able to use a pattern more than once!
